The Family Link Program focuses on connecting Black families with disabilities aged 3-life, ensuring their engagement, bonding, and access to essential services. This program provides comprehensive support including cultural brokerage, one-to-one assistance, system navigation, resource sharing, resilience-building, and advocacy. Family Service Navigators offer support across all life stages, from childhood to adulthood.
